NVC is a way to stay open and curious in every situations. Non-violent communication is the language of a wholeheartedness. It gives you the tools to be in contact
with yourself and another person. It allows you to talk only about facts, without judging and looking for guilty parties. I have read that it is effectively used in scrum team communication when the goal is consent and moving work forward.
